Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping within the United States unless otherwise specified.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

If the package requires a signature, the assigned carrier will call to set up and confirm a drop off time and location with the customer. A valid phone number must be on file.

If the package is marked as undeliverable and returned to the manufacturing warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Damages and Returns

If the wrong product was received or if the product was damaged or defective, please call our Customer Service team at 720-287-5182 or 1-877-487-8275 or by clicking here so we can immediately correct the problem.

We do accept returns on items that were ordered by mistake, or if the customer is not pleased with their purchase. These can be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days and we will gladly exchange the item, or refund the paid amount.
